Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation of Order by Buyer:  
Buyer may cancel the order confirmed online, only under the following circumstances, and request for refund. Refund request accepted will be made within 10 working days of the cancellation of the order in the same mode of payment received.

Cancellation made online within 24 hours of confirmation of Order: 100% of online payment made
Cancellation made online before despatch confirmation: 90% of online payment made.


Seller reserve the right to accept or reject the order for cancellation for any reason whatsoever.
  Cancellation of Order by Seller:

  The items ordered are normally despatched on priority at our end. However, due to circumstances beyond our control we may get compelled to cancel the Order placed online. Any cancellation from our end, will be displayed online and also by SMS to the number provided online by the purchaser and the amount will be refunded within three working days of cancellation of order in the same mode of payment received.   Return of Ordered Items by Buyer:

Refusal and Return of Item/s purchased. Online Lodging of Refusal and receiving back of item/s at our end. 80% Refund of online payment made for item individually and returned to us in complete ‘intact’ and original condition as sent by us. Refund will be made in the same mode of payment received, within 10 working days from the item received.
Refusal to accept parcel found in damaged condition at the time of delivery. Online Lodging of Refusal and receiving back of item/s at our end. 100% Refund of online payment made. Refund will be made in the same mode of payment received, within 10 working days from the item received.
Item/s found in damaged condition after opening the parcel received in intact condition. Such receipts should be complained online giving the details of individually damaged items only, within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. 100% Refund will be made only for the damaged items complained after verification of the same by us. This payment is subject to our acceptance of the damage/loss.
