Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Organic Express, we strive to ensure every product you receive meets our highest standards of quality and freshness. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect;
The product is unused and unopened in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened food products, used items, or products without original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at mmcl@mmclindia.com
with your order number, product photo, and reason for return.
Once approved, our team will guide you through pickup or shipping instructions.
4. Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via:
Original payment method, or
Store credit / replacement product, as per your preference.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us directly at mmcl@mmclindia.com

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately after verification.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by Organic Express in the case of damaged or incorrect items. For voluntary returns (unused/unopened), shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
